During this 3 day retreat we will learn how to use the breath for physical and mental wellbeing.
Breathing is our most primary function. In this course you will learn about all the various aspects of breathing from the physical to the mental and emotional. These are the practical tools for improving breathing patterns for relaxation, increasing energy and improving focus.

The Quaives is a small estate set in the stunning countryside of East Kent, less than 2 hours drive from London. There are 19 acres of open space, half of which is beautifully manicured gardens, with big trees, a secret garden, tennis court, a bridge over a pond, winding paths, lots of flowers and a swinging kissing bench, and the other half is a huge field.
The Quaives is blessed to have the most wonderful retreat chefs that are highly skilled and experienced, with a great passion for nourishing all of our retreat guests with gourmet vegetarian food, that is tasty and inspiring.
