About The Event
Our breath is the bridge linking mind and body and once understood it can be used to radically improve our physical health and mental state of being. Breathing techniques are now being recognised for their benefits by elite athletes and city executives alike.
Breathwork made simple.
In this 6 hour workshop we will explore breathing techniques and their benefits for the body as well as the mind. How to simplify the practice so that you get the most benefits in the least amount of time.
Find out what are the most effective exercises to feel and perform better.
Who is this for?
Whenever you have already some experience with breathwork or you would like to try something new - this is a workshop for you.
If you are a busy person and cannot add any extra time for breathwork during the day I will still show you ways of using breathwork to get amazing results.
