About The Event
In this workshop you will learn how to use cold exposure for physical health but also for deep meditative states. We will discover how breathwork coresponds with cold conditioning. From the Tibetan Tummo Monks to modern Yoga Masters - the cold is one of the simplest and most accessible self development tools. It has been used for centuries for improving health. Also in many cultures it has been used in ceremonies and spiritual practices. In modern times low temperatures are used for sports performance.
This workshop is perfect for people who are totally new to cold exposure as well as the ones who are more experienced.

You will learn how to:
- Optimise breathing mechanics and general breathing pattern
- Use breathing to achieve deep meditative states
- Practice meditation and breathing to improve focus
13.00 - 13.30 Break
13.30 - 14.30 Theory / Lecture
14.30 - 15.40 Ice bath
You will learn how to:
- Control stress response
- Use cold as ultimate mental training tool
- Use gradual cold exposure to increase cold tolerance
15.40 - 16.00 Closing discussion
Sportswear (comfortable clothing, yoga clothing), swimwear, towel, blanket, warm clothing for after cold exposure, bottle of water, yoga mat (if you want to have your own).
It is best to eat something light before the workshop. Please feel free to bring your own pack lunch or snacks.
