Here you will discover how to gain superior focus and reduce stress, enhance mental and physical performance, boost immune system and increase cold tolerance.
The retreat will be run by Certified Wim Hof Method Instructors – Martin Petrus & Artur Paulins.
Przesieka is a small town in the Silesian mountain range in Poland. It is famous for being the original destination and the ultimate training centre for Wim Hof Method. Connect with the nature and experience the environmental conditioning in all its depth.
During these 5 days you will learn the techniques of Wim Hof Method including breathing, meditation and cold exposure and how to apply them in your everyday life.
Rich in knowledge and experience, however so wise and humble, Artur and Martin curated a journey across the week like nothing I've ever experienced. They guided and informed us but also facilitated an environment where we could learn from each other, ourselves and the natural world.
The daily schedule was perfectly paced and curated, including timing, food, breaks, challenges, learning and connection. The area was stunning from the door to wherever our daily activities took us. The food was just perfect, and the sauna was an added treat.

Who is this for?
This week is for anyone who would like to explore and discover the possibilities of human mind and body in safe and fun environment, learn the in-depth knowledge of the Wim Hof Method and how to apply the principles in your everyday life. All levels of experience are welcome, no matter if you have taken a few cold showers or have been swimming outdoors throughout the winter season.

Accommodation:
We will be in a hotel in the lovely village Przesieka. The hotel has 3/4 person rooms, private bathroom in each room. Amenities include sauna, and Wi-fi. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served every day. All meals and accommodation is included in the price.

Travel information:
Prague Vlacav Havel International Airport (IATA code: PRG). Bus transfer from the airport to Przesieka is included. Pick-up is 6PM at arrivals Gate. On the day of departure, we will drop you off at noon at the airport. Any other travel expenses you need to make to get there are not included in the ticket price.
After sign-up you will receive detailed instructions on travel and preparation.
It is also possible to drive to Przesieka directly.

The price includes: 5 days of training, post training materials/presentations, accommodation and food, transport from Prague airport.
